For a while now, I have explored creating web experiences that go beyond the boundaries of simple websites. My aim is to integrate my passion for visual arts and poetry with my skills in design and web development, crafting something immersive and meaningful.
This curiosity has driven me down a path of experimentation, and now, I'm thrilled to share the result: my first web poem, Whisper of a Shrine.
Whisper of a Shrine is an interactive piece of poetry and photography that blends two personal creative endeavors:
By merging these elements within an infinite scroll loop, the experience becomes meditative. The experience offers several layers of interaction:
This approach invites viewers to experience the fluid interplay between poetry and photography.
One of my priorities was to ensure Whisper of a Shrine could be experienced seamlessly on any device. The responsive nature of the piece allows it to adapt beautifully, whether viewed on a desktop, tablet, or mobile phone.
Whisper of a Shrine marks the beginning of a broader exploration I’m undertaking—an effort to push the boundaries of how art and technology can come together to tell stories. It’s an experiment, a meditation, and an invitation to pause and reflect in a digital space.
I’d love for you to experience it and share your thoughts:
