How should I prepare?
After requesting a session, you'll receive a short intake form to share what you're working on, the question you'd like to discuss, and what you'd like to get out of the conversation. You can also share relevant links, screenshots, or documents ahead of time.
Can we review my website or digital product during the session?
Yes, if it's relevant to the question you're bringing. We can look at a website, product flow, or other materials together and discuss what you’re seeing, what might be happening, and what to consider next. This is a focused discussion, not a comprehensive audit.
Will you give me a solution?
The goal is to help you make progress on the question you're bringing. Depending on the situation, that may mean identifying a practical approach, weighing tradeoffs, clarifying priorities, or recognizing what needs more investigation before you decide.
Is one session enough?
It can be, especially when you have a specific question or decision to work through. More complex challenges may need additional research, planning, or implementation beyond the session. If so, we'll identify what that next work could involve.

A Clarity Session is a one-hour conversation focused on a question or challenge you bring. A UX & Product Audit is a deeper evaluation of an existing website or digital product, resulting in a written report with findings and prioritized recommendations.
How is this different from a UX Blueprint?
A Clarity Session helps you think through a specific question, problem, or decision. A UX Blueprint is a more involved planning project that defines a product's goals, user journeys, structure, and requirements so a team can move into design and development.
What happens after the session?
You'll receive a concise written follow-up with the key insights, decisions, recommendations, and prioritized next steps from our conversation. It’s meant to help you act on what we discussed, not to be a lengthy consulting report.
What if my problem needs more work?
The session can help identify what needs to happen next, whether that's further research, a UX & Product Audit, a UX Blueprint, or implementation. There's no obligation to continue working together.
